During your visit you may need lab or procedure orders, or if you want to see a record of the visit or your results, you can access them through the patient portal.
 
If you are not signed up for our patient portal, please call our office to request an invite from our staff.  An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to sign up

HIPAA Secured Email

With Encyro, we are able to send and receive your health information and records using a HIPAA compliant secured server.   You do not have to sign up for any new accounts or download anything to your computer.  With Encyro, we are able to send you lab tests, results and orders.  We cannot send prescriptions at this time due to federal regulations.

Due to staffing restraints this email is only checked when the office has requested information to be uploaded.  If you are uploading documents that have not been previously requested, please contact the office to let us know your records are available to be viewed.  Please use Follow My Health patient portal to send any messages or requests to the doctor as this is for uploading/downloading records only.
