Patient Portals
Through our Klara app you can communicate with our office via text. You can either create an account through Klara’s websit, download the app, or just freely text our number at (805) 507-8657. If an account is not created, you will receive a text stating you have a new message from Conejo Valley. You will need to put in your name and date of birth that is associated with the patient and phone number on file.

Through the portal you can:
- View and request appointments
- Send secure messages to our office or your provider
- Request prescription refills
- View your medical records, including visit notes and test results
