Telehealth is your appointment done over the ineternet using a secure website called Doxy.me.
You need a computer, laptop, tablet, or smart phone that has working speakers, microphone, and camera. You will need to connect to doxy.me via Safari, Chrome, or Firefox.
Please have all questions and results ready at the time of your appointment.
You can upload any documents via Encyro or during your Telehealth appointment on the doxy.me website.
Doxy.me is a HIPAA complient and secured website designed for Telehealth appointments. You will not be “hacked” or intruded upon like other unsecured apps like FaceTime or Zoom. Please remember we cannot guarantee HIPAA compliance on your end of the call, if the room you are in can be seen or heard by other people.
Please contact your physician’s office and ask the patient service specialist if you are able to make or change your appointment to Telehealth
Each insurance plan is different, please contact your provider and ask if Telehealth or Telemedicine is included in your plan.
